Restructuring of Directorates

2directorates, one clear mandate each

A Directorate of School Education for the Foundational Stage to Class 12, and a separate Directorate of Higher Education for colleges.

The Directorate of School Education now covers the Foundational Stage through Class 12, while a separate Directorate of Higher Education handles colleges and higher studies.

The split allows better use of resources and clearer coordination at every level.
